All IT Best Practices courses are led by instructors who are experts in their respective areas. Choose to learn in a classroom or remotely via Live Online. Private, onsite training can also be arranged for groups of six or more.
This two-day course addresses the business and technical perspectives of cloud computing to explain how to adopt,
operate and govern the cloud. Attendees will be prepared to successfully complete the associated CompTIA Cloud
Essentials™ exam* to become a Cloud Essentials™ Professional (CEP).
TOGAF 9 Level 1 Foundation
TOGAF 9 provides a model and process for enterprise architecture that incorporates both business-led and IT-led cloud requirements into a holistic framework. This two-day course covers foundational concepts of TOGAF and Enterprise
Architecture, including many examples of architecture deliverables and artifacts throughout the course. Upon completion participants will be prepared to complete the associated TOGAF Level 1 exam* for TOGAF 9 Foundation certification.
TOGAF 9 Level 2 Certified
This three-day interactive course focuses on applying and practicing key skills and concepts learned in the TOGAF 9
Level 1 Foundation course using practical scenarios. Upon completion, participants will be prepared to take the TOGAF
Level 2 Certified exam*.
TOGAF 9 Level 1 and Level 2 Combination
This five-day course combines content from the TOGAF 9 Level 1 Foundation and Level 2 Certified courses. This course is available for a four-day delivery for private courses.
ITIL is a widely adopted approach for IT Service Management that advocates that IT services must be aligned to the needs of the business. This three-day course uses an engaging case study-based approach to introduce attendees to the ITIL framework for identifying, planning, delivering and supporting IT services to the business. Upon completion participants will be prepared to successfully complete the associated exam*, required for ITIL intermediate level training courses. The entire Intermediate catalog and Expert program are available for private courses.
